Description: This session brings together hysteroscopic practice, intrauterine pathology, adhesion prevention, fertility-focused interventions, cervical preparation, and early-pregnancy IUD management.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to: 1) Review evidence supporting intrauterine adhesion prevention strategies; 2) Discuss hysteroscopy in fertility and pregnancy-related scenarios; and 3) Assess how office and operative hysteroscopy are evolving in clinical practice.
